The Executive Committee has proposed amending the bylaws of the East Bay Young Democrats. As a summary, the changes include:

• Allowing the President to spend Club funds under $150 without the approval of the Executive Committee.
• Ensuring the Executive Committee approves all large expenditures and all endorsement-related expenditures
• Codifying an email voting procedure
