EBYD is goverened by an Executive Committee or “Xcomm”.  The Xcomm  is made up of 10 elected positions: 6 officer position and 3 at-large positions.  The 10th member is the Immediate Past President, who serves as an honorary committee member.   Each committee member serves only 1 year terms and elections for new Xcomm members are held in the Fall.

Xcomm meetings are held monthly on the second Monday (excluding holidays) of each month at:

Disco Volante Restaurant (upstairs), 347 14th St. at Webster, Oakland, at 6:30PM.

Xcomm Meeting Info:

• Xcomm meetings are open to all members and the public
• Xcomm meetings COUNT as membership meetings for the purpose of determining a member’s voting eligibility
• Representatives from other groups may solicit EBYD support at Xcomm meetings with advance notice. Please email: president@ebyd.org

While we welcome general members to join us and see how their club is governed, many find these meetings to be a tad boring.  Thats ok, we understand.  If you want to get to know more of the general membership and hang out with Xcomm members when they are not doing the serious business of the club, check out the Events page for our next general meetings and events.
