EBYD is goverened by an Exectutive Board or “E-Board”.  The E-Board is made up of 13 elected positions: 4 officer position and 8 at-large positions.  The 13th member is the immediate past president, who serves as an honorary committee member.   Each committee member serves only 1 year terms and elections for new Xcomm members are held in the Fall.

E-Board meetings are held monthly on the last Monday (excluding holidays) of each month at:

Spice Monkey Cafe, 1628 Webster St., Oakland at 6:30PM.

**E-Board meetings COUNT as membership meetings for the purpose of determining a member’s voting eligibility**

While we welcome general members to join us and see how their club is governed, many find these meetings to be a tad boring.  Thats ok, we understand.  If you want to get to know more of the general membership and hang out with E-Board members when they are not doing the serious business of the club, check out the Events page for our next general meetings and events.
